Ideal candidate: Dysrupt is looking for a Business Development Representative that is just as passionate about marketing and growing businesses as we are. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will specialize in generating leads using list management, email outreach, and making outbound calls to guide potential clients through our consultative sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with ideal customer business owners & marketing managers, unraveling their unique needs and growth aspirations before unveiling tailor-made Dysrupt solutions.
  • Create, launch, and manage lead nurturing email campaigns.
  • Set appointments with qualified leads with Dysrupt’s sales team. Develop a working knowledge of our service offerings and become proficient at explaining each of them in detail.
  • Manage Dysrupt's CRM (Hubspot), guiding our contacts through the sales journey.
  • Transform outbound prospects into sales leads for our ace Sales Executives (closers). Attend networking events and trade expos and extend your own web of connections.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Previous sales background desired.
  • Skilled in using Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is preferred.
  • Capable of asking perceptive questions via discovery calls from prospective customers. Display enthusiasm for continuous learning and development within the company.
  • Proficient in identifying new qualified sales prospects.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset while also being self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
